This formula is extremely flexible and can be used on the eyes, face, lips and body. It has a medium tack that will hold any makeup for extended wear. The formula dries clear with a smooth tacky feel.
Apply adhesive to the desired area wait for a few seconds then apply your glitter with your favorite applicator.
